Breadtopia - Oblong Proofing Basket w/ Liner

The Breadtopia Oblong Proofing Basket is handwoven from natural cane following a century-old European tradition — exceptionally well made and built to last. With regular use it seasons over time, becoming more non-stick and more itself with every loaf.

Ideal for doughs destined for an oblong baker or La Cloche, it holds the shape of the dough during proofing and releases cleanly onto a hot baking surface with a dusting of flour. A cloth liner is included for high-hydration doughs — rice flour worked into the liner makes even the wettest no-knead doughs release without effort.

The basket cleans easily with a tap on the sink edge and a rinse with hot water. No soap needed.
