Shipping policy

ORDER & SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order number and shipping method. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we're unable to redirect orders once they're on their way.

We work with multiple supplier partners through Shopify Collective, which means orders containing items from different suppliers may arrive in separate shipments with individual tracking numbers and delivery dates. You'll receive a tracking email for each shipment.

SHIPPING COSTS

Standard shipping is $8.00 on orders under $70. Orders of $70 or more ship free. Free shipping is calculated on merchandise subtotal before shipping charges. We ship within the United States only.

SHIPPING METHODS

Orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Most orders are delivered within 6–10 business days from the date of purchase. Orders containing items from multiple suppliers may arrive in separate shipments.

TAXES

Applicable sales tax is calculated based on your shipping destination and itemized at checkout.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can follow your shipment via the order status page in that email, or through the Shop app if you use it.

BACKORDERED OR OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS
If an item is sold out, we'll notify you and issue a full refund to your original payment method. If an item is backordered, we'll let you know within 48 hours — you can choose to wait for it or receive a full refund.

LOST SHIPMENTS

If your order never arrives, contact us at info@im-materia.com and we'll investigate. Depending on the situation, we'll either send a replacement or issue a full refund.
